1. What is your ‘go to’ make up product?

Definately mascara- cant live without it!

 

2. What was your favourite fashion trend of 2011?

Well im probably not always the most fashionable person. I try to dress for my body shape more so than anything else. At the moment im loving Peter Pan collars!

 

3. What is your favourite dessert?

Ooooohhh CHEESECAKE!! YUM!

 

4. Favourite colour?

Im a massive fan of colour in general. Will prob have to say Yellow or Pink.

 

5. What is your middle name?

I have two- Cristina Teresa

 

6. What was the last song you listened to?

Rihanna – You da one. Im loving this song right now!

 

7.  Cats or dogs?

Im going to have to say cats. I used to have a beautiful tabby cat. Im actually quite scared of dogs, although I wish I wasnt!! Haha.

Weekend Eyes

Hello!! How are you all doing? Last week was crazy mad and this week seems to be panning out pretty much the same! Really need to start learning how to organise my life properly. Work gets in the way of life so much doesn't it!? Haha.

Thought I would leave you with a pic of my eye make up over the weekend.

So I used one of the most talked about pallets recently- MUA’s heave & earth. I absolutely LOVE this palette. I'm a massive fan of neutral colours- they suit my brown eyes quite well. I love colours that can look so natural but are buildable for a dramatic effect.

On my water line I used Miss Sporty eye liner in 120 Naughty Blue. I've been using this for years. I love how creamy it is and its really cheap- cant go wrong!

I applied Max Factors false Lash effect mascara. This is my fave mascara ever. As you can see it gives my lashes volume and thickness (?!) I'm so particular and critical of mascaras, so when I find one I like I never let it go!

Bargains!!

Ahhhhh already Sunday beauties! How did this happen?? I've had a great weekend which involved copious amounts of alcohol and a teeny weeny bit of shopping. Luckily there are still loads of goodies left from the sales, so I didn't end up spending too much money but came out with some gems!!

 

 

 

I love the pattern and the peter pan collar on the first top and the cute sleeves on the purple blouse.

 

 

Not sure if you can see it properly but it has the cutest little buttons. I love a sleeve that cuffs at the end if you know what I mean. Feels a bit posher rather than when it just hags off my wrists! These two treasures were £3 each from Primark! Yes, £3!!!  What a bargain!

I've been on the hunt for some boots for a while (haven't we all!! Damn you Allegras and your price tag!) Neither of the boots look like Allegras but I was willing to compromise on this consider the prices. They're still boots and I still love them.

 

 

 

 

 

A pair of heels and a pair of flats- perfect! Nothing special but they do the job! Bought them both at New Look. How much I hear you ask……..?

 

 

£9 for the heels and £10 for the flats, so that’s under £20 for two pairs of boots! INCREDIBLE!!!

That's got to be one of my most successful shopping trips. All in under 1 hour!

Evening beauties!! How has your weekend been so far? Im off out tonight for a few drinks- not many though Im trying to be good now its the New Year haha  

I'm not entirely sure what I'm going to wear tonight (not freaking out….yet )  so wanted to keep my nails relatively neutral…don't want any horrendous clashes!!

 

 

 

 

 

I used a Topshop nail varnish in Nice n Neutral and a silver glitter nail art pen I received in the post the other day. I think its quite a subtle sophisticated look- but the glitter tips make it a little bit more fun. Can you guys even see the glitter? Didn't come out too well on camera- but trust me, looks great in real life!

 

What do you think? Do you ever go neutral in case you clash with your outfit?

My friend doesn't ‘see the point’ in painting your nails when no one will notice them. Do you agree nails should only be painted in eye catching colours?

Nail Art Pens

Hey lovelies!! Hope you are all excited about the new year ahead of us! I love a fresh start

A while back I ordered some Nail Art pens off Ebay- completely forgot about them as it took them ages to get here (to be fair they came from China!) I absolutely LOVE them! They're brilliant- and they were sooooo cheap! £8.20 including postage for 24 pens! Such a bargain!

 

 

 

 

 

I also found a good use for my Glossy Box!
